Where I’ve BEAN

Known for its rich and flavorful beans, Brazil has been the world’s largest coffee producer for the last 150 years. A first generation immigrant, I was born and raised in Minas Gerais, Brazil’s biggest coffee producing state. Coffee was a huge part of my culture growing up.
After a trip to visit family in 2017, I returned home to the USA realizing how much I missed sitting with my loved ones, sharing a warm cup of our delicious silky coffee mix.

It became my goal to bring this taste of my culture and tradition to the United States.   After a lot of planning, it was time to move my ideas from paper to reality.
With the help of friends, local business experts (SBDC), and the Mississippi State University (Extension- Food & Science), I am finally able to share my vision of the same Brazilian style silky coffee with others.
     Welcome to Café Rúbia and
THANK YOU for being part of this amazing journey!
